Designed by the architect Roberta Molteni, developed and manufactured in our factory located in the Loire Valley – France, the RM031 lamp stands out through its elegance and its fine combination of materials and shapes: a half-sphere in opaline glass, a perforated cylinder in polished brass and a base in black lacquered glass.

The light source nestled in the perforated cylinder projects sparkling patterns, while the opaline glass bowl diffuses a delicate, diaphanous light.

Roberta Molteni explains: ‘The idea for this lamp began to take shape a few years ago, when I realized that my opaline collection was covering many shelves in my studio. Brossier Saderne’s know-how enabled me to develop this lamp as a mass production, by simplifying and enhancing each shape and each material where the light comes beautifully to life’.
